The Pause Talk was born out of frustration... being told "everything is fine" when it clearly wasn't.
What started as a personal outlet has grown into a community of women who are done pretending this phase of life isn't happening.
We talk about the things nobody told us.
And it turns out... nobody told any of us.
The Pause Talk community is made up of women 35-55 navigating perimenopause and menopause.
They are engaged, loyal, vocal, and they trust this space.
They are not casual scrollers, They're paying attention.
They are actively looking for products,, solutions, and brands that actually understand what they're experiencing.
